Prepare a focused enquiry
State the cemetery, the deceased person’s full name and dates, the purpose of your enquiry and—if known—the section, row and grave number. Only the responsible administration can provide binding information, appointments and fees.
For visitors with limited mobility, the office can also clarify whether the free cemetery taxi suits the visit; it operates Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 15:00. Provide the destination section or grave reference and a practical meeting point such as the main entrance or administration. This office is not automatically responsible for the neighbouring Jewish cemeteries.
